There are several ways to earn special recognition at graduation. Two of those ways are listed below.
Silver Cord (Community Service)
Students who serve a minimum of 250 hours of community service can receive a silver cord to wear during the graduation ceremony. Click the link below to print a copy of the application or pick one up in the guidance office.
A gold cord is awarded to graduates during the graduation ceremony who have maintained a 3.5 G.P.A. throughout four (4) years of high school.
White Robe (CSF)
Students must be a Life Member of CSF (California Scholarship Federation ) 4 of 6 terms. Students may also earn a gold cord with 100% membership (6 of 6 terms). * one term during senior year.
Pathway Cord (Ag, Engineering, Health, Law)
Students who take a group of classes in the offered pathways, as well as, attending a career focused event can receive a pathway cord to wear during the graduation ceremony. Click the link below to print a copy of the application or pick one up in the guidance office.
